Compassion lives...

The last week was really a mess with the CT shootings and the stabbings in the China school.
I really felt angry and sad that such tragedies are happening around the world, and the chaos in Egypt, a place that holds close to my heart.

As we enter the energies of the shift in consciousness, i can't help but remember this phrase a friend once told me, "Destruction has to come before construction can take place."
I think i can't agree more with all these dark energies looming around the world caused by all these negativities we have create in the process of thoughts over the decades.
I guess it is inevitable and maybe Mother Earth's way of cleansing herself by having all these negativity show up so that people can WAKE UP and see the true cruelty of the world we live in today.

Is the world suppose to be a place filled with darkness, fear and terror?
The answer is NO.

People have forgotten the true nature of their spirit- of being LOVE.
We have forgotten that we are actually ONE.
Don't we share the same humane emotions that we experience everyday, the ability to feel love, happiness, sadness etc. We do.
Don't we share the same air we breathe in. We do.

We often let our emotions of hate and anger and what we personify as an EGO take over us.
To intimidate us into a kind of animalistic survival instinct. It is a primal instinct of a fear of scarcity.
The truth is- this fear is nothing but AN ILLUSION that lives deep in our minds.
The world truly has enough resources and food to provide for all living beings.
Mother Earth LOVES us and has always loved us. We sadly haven't done the same for her.

The light amidst the darkness of these tragedies lies in the comfort of people around the world pouring their grievances and sending their prayers out to these victims and their families who are complete strangers to us. It really shows me that COMPASSION still lives in people today despite all our entanglements in our materialistic pursuits. (that we unfortunately believe will make us happier and better.)

Through this I hope that  as  people we can realize that we have the capacity to LOVE and CARE for OTHER LIVING BEINGS in this world unconditionally, taking comfort knowing that our LOVE will be with the people who need it in their darkness hour.

I take comfort in knowing that one day, the world will be a better place than it is today.
WE ARE CLOSE.
